Returns
At Handmade Bags by Ladda, each bag is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail.
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We do not accept returns because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wants the product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our website contact page. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it promptly.
